Simple 4 Ingredient Baked Brie Recipe
• 1- Pre-Made Pie Crust
• 1- Brie Round
• 1- Fruit Spread-I used Fig
• 1- Egg
• Crackers, Apples, Pears
Remove the top of the Brie round and score the Brie. Wrap the Brie with the pastry dough, pressing at the top to hold the dough together. Beat one egg and brush the pastry with the egg wash. This will help hold your dough together. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 min until golden brown. Serve with crackers, apples, and pear slices.
This recipe is easily adaptable and would be amazing if paired with cranberry sauce, blackberry preserves, apricot preserves. I love it with pecans and caramel!
